My one on one coaching will feel like a great conversation. I ask questions to learn more about you, and help you learn more about yourself. I believe that the key to great coaching is knowing when and how to ask the questions that will unlock your thinking so you can develop the creative ideas and solutions.
You will have all the answers. You just don't normally get the dedicated thinking time, partnered with the perfect thought provoking questions that allow you to access them. You can follow advice, but when you develop the solutions yourself, you will play to your strengths. The solutions feel natural and are easy for you to achieve. You're in flow!
One on one coaching sessions last between an hour and an hour and a half. I normally suggest starting with six sessions, and meeting every two or four weeks to ensure you achieve a significant change. We can meet face to face or online, you choose what works for you.
